CURRENT BROKERAGE RATES

Burrell Stockbroking will incorporate a new standard broking rate. The key features of the new broking rates are:

• a minimum charge of $95 CHESS holdings ($100 issuer sponsored holdings);
• 1.925% - orders under $5,000 ($95 minimum CHESS holdings; $100 issuer sponsored holdings)
• 1.750% - orders over $5,000 up to $20,000 ($95 minimum CHESS holdings; $100 issuer sponsored holdings);
• 1.350% - that part of the order between $20,001 and $50,000;
• 0.900% - that part of the order over $50,000.

These rates apply for both buying and selling orders.
